Appointments will require a deposit or card capture to secure your appointment.
Deposits must be paid within 48hrs of booking, or your appointment cannot be secured and will be cancelled.
My cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24hrs notice to amend or cancel, otherwise your deposit will be non-refundable.
No money will be taken from the card unless my cancellation policy is not adhered to.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required on cancellations or a fee will be charged:
- 24 hours or less = 100% of appointment.
- No shows = 100% of appointment.
- Late arrivals may cause the treatment time to be shortened. The full appointment cost for treatments booked will still be charged.
A reminder text and email will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment.
Please give me as much notice as possible for cancellations.
