CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required on cancellations or a fee will be charged:
- 24 hours or less = 50% of appointment.
- 4 hours or less = 100% of appointment.
- No shows = 100% of appointment.
- Late arrivals may cause the treatment time to be shortened.
A reminder text and email will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment.
